Wow, where to begin! My AC went out July 3rd, and the owner Dan showed up July 4th morning, pumped freon in it, but said he wasn't sure how long it would last, our unit is 22 years old. 2 weeks later, my unit died. They were quick to respond, and gave me a bid for a whole new unit which I needed. The new unit was installed within 1 morning. Nothing but amazing things to say about Ultimate Air! I first used them about 8 years ago with my first property and they did an excellent job helping a very old AC keep trucking. Now, at a different property, we purchased a new AC from them and had such a smooth install. About a month in, we noticed it wasn’t cooling, so we called in and they were out within a couple hours.
