Our realtor recommended Ultimate Air and Isiah came yesterday for our semi annual service. He was on time, professional and he explained everything he did in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend Ultimate Air. We have had numerous other companies co route over the years and so many are just out to rip you off, but I have found Ultimate air an honest conpany.
Excellent job done by all 4 crew members installing new A/C package which included furnace and coil installed in attic. Crew showed up on time and was efficient and displayed positive attitude performing their install.
Thank you to Ultimate Air for your awesome customer service! Dan, the owner contacted me to let me know that a technician would be out right away to see why my a/c unit would not work…(in the AZ heat). Isaiah fixed the problem promptly. These people are honest and have integrity. Thanks again Ultimate Air.
Wow, where to begin! My AC went out July 3rd, and the owner Dan showed up July 4th morning, pumped freon in it, but said he wasn't sure how long it would last, our unit is 22 years old. 2 weeks later, my unit died. They were quick to respond, and gave me a bid for a whole new unit which I needed. The new unit was installed within 1 morning. His team were incredibly quick, and even vacuumed & cleaned up after themselves! Good to have fresh AC in July! Nothing but amazing things to say about Ultimate Air! I first used them about 8 years ago with my first property and they did an excellent job helping a very old AC keep trucking. Now, at a different property, we purchased a new AC from them and had such a smooth install. About a month in, we noticed it wasn’t cooling, so we called in and they were out within a couple hours.
