Horrendous communication. Especially agent Chance Milam. Nearly impossible to get a response on his listings, to show, and when I tried to get a hold of the brokerage for information, they never answer or return calls either. I’m not sure how a real estate company is supposed to sell homes when they operate like this.
Their website search feature does not work, even after letting them know.
Ultima Real Estate has been a wonderful experience to work with. Realtor Cherié Bell is absolutely awesome!! Very professional, dedicated, personable, and informative. Cherié kept me aware and up to date with every step. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing! I'm in New York and bought a house in Texas, everything went just as smooth as if I was in Texas. Thank you Ultima and Cherié!!
This company is an embarrassment to the real estate industry. Very unprofessional and proud of it. They wasted my time multiple times. J was supposed to view a property to buy. No realtor and i dont think the owner of the home was even aware. Had us knocking on the door for 15 minutes and no realtor estate agent to walk us through. Complete waste of space. And suzanne was rude and arragant when i tried yo confirm the customer would be there. Im an investor and dont appreciate my time being wasted.
I don’t usually write reviews, whether positive or negative, but this situation warrants an exception. Unfortunately, the red flags were there from the start. When we called to inquire about a rental property, we were told to “look on Google” for photos instead of being offered a tour. Then, oddly, we were asked what type of car we drove.
