Mrs. Kirk not a good agent. Not a good experience.
This review is specifically for Corey L. Martin. I have been corresponding with him regarding one of his listings, and his communication and follow-up has been exceptional. He has kept me in the loop in advance, and even remedied a request my client had in regard to the property immediately. 10/10 would recommend working with Corey.!
Horrendous communication. Especially agent Chance Milam. Nearly impossible to get a response on his listings, to show, and when I tried to get a hold of the brokerage for information, they never answer or return calls either. I’m not sure how a real estate company is supposed to sell homes when they operate like this.
Their website search feature does not work, even after letting them know.
Ultima Real Estate has been a wonderful experience to work with. Realtor Cherié Bell is absolutely awesome!! Very professional, dedicated, personable, and informative. Cherié kept me aware and up to date with every step. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing! I'm in New York and bought a house in Texas, everything went just as smooth as if I was in Texas. Thank you Ultima and Cherié!!
