My first time going and I did not like it. The staff were not helpful at all. Maybe a different location would be better.

About a month or so ago I took my step-daughter to get her hair done with the stylist Camille. I had it scheduled at 3:30 P.M. on 4/26/16 but there was a day mix up in the system. Camille had told us that it was set for Friday but she said that she would still see us. She apologized profusely for the mix up. I told her it wasn't her fault at all. And it wasn't. She could have told us to come back on the "supposed" scheduled day but she didn't. She stayed for us even though she was supposed to be off at 5:30 that day. Camille... read more

Poor return policy. Purchased $20.00 of merchandise and did not keep my receipt. Store in Glendale, arizona on bell rd refused replacement of lip stick. Will not return. Other stores would have replaced the item without a receipt. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My dollars will be spent elsewhere in the future.

Great place I really like this place. They have a lot of stock with alot of variety. I was able to find everything I needed. I will continue to buy my beauty products.
