We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday here today and it was perfect! Olivia went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. She was so sweet and patient. We also added the tinsels to our package and it was such a great addition! I cannot say enough good things about the entire ulta team who helped us today. It was my daughters “favorite” party!
Yari & Gabriella were so helpful in figuring out a promo item. At first they offered a replacement but eventually they figured out how to actually get the promo to work!! I appreciate the extra time they took to figure out this small hiccup. The other workers a woman with lighter/gray hair and glasses and a taller woman with black hair also we attentive while I was shopping. In a busy area it’s nice to know that these associates take the time to take care of their clients🫶🏼
I got the worse cut of my life at some ”luxury” hair salon! I booked an appointment with Mayelin to fix my hair cut and I cannot decide how I went from crying to a big smile on my face for able to manage somehow to fix what was damaged! You go there with your eyes closed knowing she will never disappoint! I love her work and if anyone needs a haircut, book it with her and you’ll thank me!

I came in here on Saturday 5/2 to purchase a gift for my mom and I WISH I remembered the name of the sweet woman who helped me in the fragrance department. She was sweet, bubbly and very helpful. I hope this reaches her!
