Where is zero stars when you need it? The cashier with the red hair gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at this Ulta location. She always looks angry and rude but today tops it all . She scanned an expensive item twice instead of one of the products I actually purchased. I requested an email receipt, and as soon as I got home I noticed the mistake. I immediately returned to the store so it could be corrected and my money refunded. We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday here today and it was perfect! Olivia went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. She was so sweet and patient. We also added the tinsels to our package and it was such a great addition! I cannot say enough good things about the entire ulta team who helped us today. It was my daughters “favorite” party!
Yari & Gabriella were so helpful in figuring out a promo item. At first they offered a replacement but eventually they figured out how to actually get the promo to work!! I appreciate the extra time they took to figure out this small hiccup. The other workers a woman with lighter/gray hair and glasses and a taller woman with black hair also we attentive while I was shopping. In a busy area it’s nice to know that these associates take the time to take care of their clients🫶🏼
I got the worse cut of my life at some ”luxury” hair salon! I booked an appointment with Mayelin to fix my hair cut and I cannot decide how I went from crying to a big smile on my face for able to manage somehow to fix what was damaged! You go there with your eyes closed knowing she will never disappoint! I love her work and if anyone needs a haircut, book it with her and you’ll thank me!
