I had an Amazing experience at Ulta this weekend! Terry (the Beauty rep for The Big & Sexy hair product line) spent over an hour guiding my 11-year-old daughter throughout the store with skin care products and educating her about all of the ingredient and benefits of each line.She was truly phenomenal and sincere. Had to wait awhile to speak with someone but after that is was smooth going.
This Ulta Beauty location in Woburn is really disappointing. I had a horrible pickup experience, and the cashier—especially the store manager—had very poor customer service. i won’t be coming back.
Mayelin (Maye) is incredible. I came in for a very last minute blowdry + curl ahead of a wedding and tbh wasn’t expecting much. Now, because of Maye, I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair! She did a fantastic job, she’s humble, + welcoming too. Highly highly recommend her!
