On April 2, 2026, I was so impressed by the service here. Even with only 10 minutes left before closing, the sales associate was so kind and introduced me to a few sweet fragrances I loved immediately. I ended up not purchasing because I was anxious and stressed about the time and my early trip the next day, but her talent was undeniable. She is truly professional. This Philly Fashion District location has way better staff than the Herald Square branch. I regret i didnt by then.
Love shopping at Ulta! The workers are super friendly and always helpful.

Huge, great selections, a bit crowded at times, needs more organizing
Completely botched a simple delivery, a call to the corporate website and the store leaves me with no answers. I have lost product and have no ability to recitify the situation. Do not use same day delivery. In fact, skip Ulta. They used to be good and care about their customers and it's clear they no longer do. Everything was blamed on the store, then Doordash, then the driver. Ok, you want to lose a customer and not resolve an issue. Seems like a poor business idea but ok. Sephora it is.
