Lovely staff but not skilled in doing my root touch up. I recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. I first got hair tinsel installed at the location in weho. I was told they can easily remove it. When I went to get it removed at a different location on Pico, my stylist thought it was a good idea to CUT my hair strands. I didn’t like that so she cut it close to the knot and I was left with knots at my roots. -$15 Then I also got a root touch up.
