Awful experience at the ulta beauty service They cut my awful.
The ladies at the counter were helpful, I came to pick up a delivery that my wife ordered. When I came inside a lady was kind and helpful along with the ladies at the counter. 🫡
I went in and got exactly what I needed, a new shark hair tool with attachments and a great haircut and treatment by stylist Marcos Antonio Mackey he was great, gentle with my hair and gave me great styling tips. I appreciate all the care and support. 10 out of 10 customer service with the staff in hair salon and store.
Best Ulta in LA, been going here for years and it’s always clean and the staff is so knowledgeable and sweet & Faith in the salon is the best!!
I had an appointment today for my graduation to get my hair curled and styled at 10:30AM. I woke up to a notification that my appointment slot has been cancelled by my stylist with less than an hour of notice. I was obviously disappointed and shocked, because this is an incredibly important day for me. The lady on the phone seemed quite annoyed at me while I was trying to process the cancellation in real time.
