Friendly staff, decent prices, and good organization! I don't live anywhere near this Ulta but I'm really glad I had the chance to stop in for needed face care items.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. But when I arrived I remembered I needed a Kabuki brush for my Bare Minerals foundation. Everyone else decided to shop this day but the line moved quickly. The staff was friendly and the store clean. I was able to get my brush and pick up my online order

The N Durango location is not as good as it use to be. It no longer stocks the same products it once did. Just finding a tweezers is a ridiculous manhunt that wastes time. Very few people working in the store. They are trying to have to many brands in to small of a location. They have suddenly decided to put MAC products in this location but only a few products. I could go on & on about how badly this particular store is laid out.

More about the brow bar than the store. Do not go to Cass she has no idea what she’s doing. I couldn’t even say anything I was so in shock. Not the benefit brow standard at all. Ulta get your hiring in order.
