Booked a hair appointment several days earlier for a cut a day prior to my bday and they called and cancelled the appointment the day of, and did nothing to help accommodate for the same day or the next morning at least. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone and did not even care to apologize or make situation right. Hair stylist was Christina and receptionist did not help. the beauty salon they have ,is bad I made appointment for my daughter hair and they made a ugly hair style , and they changed me. $90 dollars for that ,to bad I was not there that day ,,i would've not pay at all ,,,, bad 👎👎👎 don't go to ulta for hair styles
