Gosh, this is a tricky review because the stylist herself was very kind and patient. I brought my two daughters (ages 6 and 8) in for the $15 hair tinsel application. Our appointment was at 4:00 pm and we arrived early at 3:45 pm. Unfortunately, one stylist had called off, so instead of both girls being done at the same time, we waited until about 4:35–4:40 pm for them to be seated. Jessica very rude cashier, doesn't know anything about customer service how do you have anyone like this working for Ulta. No respect for the elderly.
This store needs to work on their customer service. Cashier girls were really rude. I get its Christmas time but also show a little respect to paying customers. To be specific, Natalie was my cashier. Management needs to talk with her about treating customers like they care and bot just trying to rush and move on to the next customer.
