I was at the ontario mills location this Thursday 9-24-26 and I have to say I had the most amazing experience. I had gotten a haircut by Maria and she did an amazing job and she was so kind. I also got help from Bridget to match me with a foundation and she also went above and beyond just like Maria. I have to say this store has some of the kindest employees and I will for sure be shopping at this location again. Thank you 😊
This salon seriously falls short when it comes to teamwork. Jackie, the “Experience Salon Manager,” seems more focused on making sure stylists don’t help one another than on creating a positive experience for clients. During my appointment, my hair was extremely tangled and other stylists were willing to step in and help my stylist. Instead, they were told they could not assist even though they were available and walking around the salon with nothing else to do. Hello, Normally, I would refrain from complaining but this time I left feeling bothered. I wanted to trade out my Clinique FAIR color foundation 2 in 1 use for the same product and just a different bottle because, the bottle I have is damaged after only two uses.
