Hello, Yesterday I had a makeup appointment at Ulta Beauty with Savannah D., and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The service I received was unprofessional and felt rushed. More importantly, the attitude I encountered was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, which was clearly lacking during my appointment. This was not a complimentary service.
