This store is absolute trash! Zero customer service. I don’t know what type of training these little girls are provided with, but they should NOT be in a customer service position. Do not shop here. They are so rude. Read the comments. We can’t all be telling lies and complaining about the same issues if it were not true.
I going ulta beauty the employee so rude I find 2/3 item and say the employee can you help me to give that item but they saying that this side that item i saying help me and give me please but they don't help me the employee name Natalie. after I am very difficult to find that item
What is wrong with Ulta I ordered 2 lipglosses and they sent 2 lipglosses in this big ole box .... Im like is this some kinda joke ?? Why? why?
Jessica out on the floor was super approachable, she was friendly and extremely helpful, she really took the time to help my daughter find her shade , the location has been the best I've been too,
