Hello, Normally, I would refrain from complaining but this time I left feeling bothered. I wanted to trade out my Clinique FAIR color foundation 2 in 1 use for the same product and just a different bottle because, the bottle I have is damaged after only two uses. Some of these older employees at this ulta are beyond rude! No one is forcing you to do this job, go work from home on a computer if you cant handle basic customer service. Bunch of rude 35 year olds & bitter store leads. Please grow up and stop being rude to customers and stop acting like doing your job is hard. Thanks, never wasting money here again. You dont get paid enough to act like a jerk, honestly. Never wasting money here again. I used to spend a lot here too. The vibes of this store specifically are awful.
No te ayudan para nada. Las chicas son bien amtipaticas, parece que uno les va pedir las cosa gratis porque te atienden con un gran cara.. y mas si no hablas inglés es peor lo odiosan que son. No me gusta ir a ese ulta beauty solo voy cuando es necesario.
