I went to the salon for my appointment. I throughly went over my hair history and all products and treatments used on my hair. During my hair appointment, the bleach was left on way too long and I had to repeatedly ask to have it checked. I was also put under the dryer with bleach ... which you should never do. By this point I had the worst anxiety possible. Teach your workers how to handle talking to customers. When a customer asks for help you don’t act in a condescending way as if it was a problem. And teach workers to not take credit when someone is having a one on one conversation. Grown adults acting like children. My bad for not wearing makeup into a makeup store. If it’s a requirement to wear makeup for decent service then damn.
I got some stuff for me and my sister, I paid and I forgot to asked to get separate bags since we both got stuff in the same transaction, before I walked out of the store I went back to ask for one and the girl very rudely said no she cannot give me a bag.
