Like literally everyone, they have horrible customer service. They use a shipping company that is notorious for not delivering packages and then Ulta refuses to do anything about it. I had an order that was marked delivered and reached out to Ulta immediately because it wasnt, they told me to follow up after the weekend and I did on Monday through chat, was told they would escalate my order for internal review and then reship, I call a few days later to be told they have proof of delivery so there is nothing they can do.
