They do ok but twice my daughter's appt. was cancelled the same day as her appt.
I got my brows waxed by Haley and unfortunately they were very uneven and waxed much much thinner than I asked for (I only wanted them cleaned up, not reshaped at all and was very clear about that) When I called the salon afterward, I was informed that Haley isn’t normally their brow specialist as she is a hairstylist, but that she is “capable” and has had prior training before. I usually hate eyebrow threading because it hurts so much, but the technician here worked gently and kept checking the shape while doing it. Small thing, but I appreciated not leaving with overly thin brows for once.
