Myrka, lead cashier is rude. I’ve shopped at this Ulta many times the employees are usually friendly and helpful, which is why this experience stood out. The lead cashier, Myrka, didn’t greet me until I said “hi” twice, her tone came across as rude throughout the exchange, she also conveniently couldn’t find my account and I also had to ask for a bag after my purchase. I got my brows waxed by Haley and unfortunately they were very uneven and waxed much much thinner than I asked for (I only wanted them cleaned up, not reshaped at all and was very clear about that) When I called the salon afterward, I was informed that Haley isn’t normally their brow specialist as she is a hairstylist, but that she is “capable” and has had prior training before.
