Ulta is in violation of customer rights per the "customers right to delete information" from their account as stated on their very own website. They no longer allow customers to delete credit card information which automatically is saved to the customer account when a purchase is made. The customer does not have a choice as to whether or not their information is saved and customer service will not delete it when requested.
