At first, I was a little confused and irritated because when I walked into the store, I couldn’t find anyone on the sales floor to help me. I needed assistance with shade matching and finding the right foundation for my skin, so it was frustrating not knowing where to go. I had a very disappointing experience at the Ulta Eastlake location. The customer service was unprofessional and frustrating. I returned an online purchase, and instead of refunding the payment to my original form of payment, I was told I had to accept the refund on my Ulta Credit Card. That was not how I originally paid, and no one provided a clear explanation or offered to resolve the issue. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and lacked basic customer service skills. MOST disappointing shopping experience. ULTA failed to protect my items. Wanted me to mail them back so I went into the store. The store did NOT allow an even exchange because I used a coupon. So I either paid $6 extra or I could keep one completely broken compact and another one beginning to crack I guess ussing Buble wrap for a fragile item was too out of budget ridiculous.
