I visited the store to return a thermal brush that was unused and still in its original, unopened packaging. I accidentally got the wrong brush I was looking for air dry brush not a thermal brush. On my original purchase I used a 15 dollars off coupon, the manager Star said she couldn't attach 15 off to the new corrected purchase. That was disappointing.

I was looking for verb ghost for Curly hair they had it All.I got more than I was looking for but I have natural curls if you want them to look good you have to take care of them. The lady was very nice and she helped me find it fast.So I was in and out fast. I was happy.

Salon services are amazing. Unfortunately I had an appointment today that was made 2 months ago and it was canceled on me 6 hours beforehand! I have a trip out of town and my flight is in two days and now I’m scrambling to try to find another salon because this one has no appointments for weeks… this is why 3 stars instead of 5. Last minutes cancelations to repeat clients is harsh

Cierra washed and cut my daughter’s (11) hair tonight. My daughter was nervous as it has been a while but Cierra was so very kind and patient. My daughter even said she didn’t know why she was even nervous in the first place because she loved her hair! We definitely recommend her and thank you so very much Cierra!
