So disappointed in this store, they hound you as soon as you walk in asking if you need anything then sometimes follow you around the store like you are going to steal stuff! Absurd. Then when checking out the cashier Tristen maybe her name was she had such a bad attitude then tried to make small talk after wards to make up for her bad attitude! No thanks don’t want to waste my time talking to you after that! Will not be returning!
So I just left Ulta on 2/8/26 around 1:45pm - Completely unhappy and appalled with the experience provided. I had came from Marshalls with a large dog toy and was walking around the store. I was stopped and asked if I needed a bag and that of the toy was something they sold. I then said “no, it’s a dog toy from Marshalls”. Completely fine with that associate, she was kind about it. I've had my brows done by Kristine several times now and I love her!! She does an amazing job every time and makes you feel so comfortable. I've recommended her to all of my friends :)
