Cierra washed and cut my daughter’s (11) hair tonight. My daughter was nervous as it has been a while but Cierra was so very kind and patient. My daughter even said she didn’t know why she was even nervous in the first place because she loved her hair! We definitely recommend her and thank you so very much Cierra!

Every time I come to this Ulta I feel like I am being harassed. Every 5 minutes one of the girls are asking me if I need help. Today the one girl with the Clinique jacket and blonde hair asked me 3 times if I need help. She has done this to me before. I enter store— do you need help I began shopping probably about 5 mins in— do you need help??? 10 minutes later… still shopping… do you need help??? Working my way through the Mac section looking at lip liners… are you still doing ok???? No I do not need help now stop harassing... read more
