I had a mixed experience at Ulta Beauty in Vallejo. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their good service. However, I had a bad experience with one female employee they have black pimple on face while I was picking up a DoorDash shopping order. I was having trouble finding some items, so I politely asked her for help. Instead of assisting me, she responded rudely and said, “You are doing DoorDash, it’s your job, you do it. LITERALLY JUST LEFT THIS STORE! NO HELP!! I asked the cashier if there were people on the floor she said “yes, someone will meet me” I STAYED IN FRONT OF THE STORE….. NO ONE CAME. I STOOD IN LINE GOT TO THE CASHIER AGAIN & ASKED FOR HELP. The person who came over to “help” me DIDNT HELP. she said GO OVER TO THAT SIDE BY WHATEVER THEN GO TO THE OTHER SIDE & that’s where the product will be. I WENT & STILL DIDN’T SEE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
