Package was sent to wrong address. When I contacted Ulta, their response was too bad for me. Scam business.

have been a ******** Member at Ulta for years. I am willing to pay premium prices because I know the customer service has always been on point. Over the last year, my orders have arrived atrocious. i am not going to purchase anything from them again! It is my daughter-in-law's favorite store so I usually make at least one purchase a year for a gift for her. *** *******! I had trouble placing an order because their coupon code would not work. Beware of signing up for a Rewards account with this company. I unfortunately did sign up for one. I started getting bombarded with multiple email daily, despite not opting into emails. When I tried to unsubscribe, it forced me to sign into my account, which then said I was not subscribed for emails. When I then called customer service, the automated lime asked for all sorts of information I had not previously given them, including my social security number. ZERO STARS 06/20/2021 This order was made online on June 6. Every time we call they say, “Your order shows delivered. It should be there tomorrow. If it does not arrive please give us a call.” This is unacceptable. They are stating since the package shows as delivered they cannot [WILL NOT] provide a refund. The wait period according to them and nowhere on their website has changed from 8 days to 12 days and increases with every call. I put in my order and payed using ***** Pay My billing address Was correct My shipping address was an old address When I recognized it was the wrong shipping address I immediately called Ulta customer service And was told that she could put in a ******* to cancel my Order but it wasnt guaranteed.I was also told this was human error and I should have looked.Who trains theses people I didnt even want a cancel I just wanted the address modified. I've been a loyal customer for years. But never again. I finally reached 2000 points in my ulta account which is worth $128.00. I made an online purchase and it only allowed me to redeem $86.00 which I thought fine. I know I will be back, I'll just save the remaining $39 for next time. Well I couldn't because I only had $3.00. There is no indication that if you have $128.00 points and spend $86.00 that you lose value in your points and its best to spend it all at the same time. Terrible!!!! I will never shop here again. I purchased some things online and the items I received were defective and of used, poor quality. Even the packaging was weird and old. ****. I spend money and you give me poor quality products that look damaged or used? What kind of business does this??? Is this legit to your customers? Money doesn't come easy in a tough economy. Extremely disappointing when purchasing products online. The processing + shipping time take over a week, even when paying additional for expedited shipping. Reaching out to the online help center will only result in a condescending response along with shopping directions that are not clearly labeled when checking out.
