Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call 3 times and still never got an answer as to what happened to my order. That was just tonight. I had also place a call a week ago. They just couldn't find it and were having technical issues with their computers so they would call me back and they never did. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they didn't have any available. Wow. Maybe Sephora would appreciate everyone's business more. They are technically in the same business.

I was booted in an Ulta parking lot after spending over 100 dollars in the store on 3015 N Clark. When I tried to address this with the employees, they were rude and dismissive. I'm guessing they only boot paying customers and not employees. I believe this is an extremely predatory practice to even employ a private towing company, but worse so because I actually am a paying customer of Ulta. I did my first online order pickup. Specifically for the free gift. I got the biggest size perfume in order it get free gift. I pickup my order and no free gift? They told me to email ulta in app and they would send it to my house. They mentioned being out since Black Friday. I email and the representative blames the system, the store out of items and said that automatically cancels any promo! And there is nothing they can do about it. Wow! Went to buy about $200 worth of stuff during the holidays so they were on holiday hours and came in about 20 min before closing and had 10 min left when the music was turned off on me and a salesperson said can I get anything for u we are closing. Just decided to leave with $20 lip gloss and went to Dillards for the rest. I would never keep anyone after closing time bc I work in a restaurant so I get it but I was watching my watch and felt like it was really rude to cut me off when I had 10 min left

Received order missing one item and the other products have some black oily looking residue on them. Just disturbing. Box was not tampered with and the bottles were in plastic like that. **************** return policy is stressful! Definitely would not recommend or shop Ulta Beauty again.

On 12/05/21 an employee at Ulta Beauty discriminated against me, by refusing to give me a lipstick color that she believed was too light for my skintone. I was at the Mac counter. I asked for the color twig. The associate claimed that she was out of the color. I asked for a similar color. This company needs to get a clue! I don't know how they are still in business after reading all the complaints on how they handle online orders.. I ordered something on 11/16....got confirmation on 11/19 that it shipped.. tracking was provided.. when I clicked on the link, it stated they were waiting for the carrier to pick up the order.. Online they advertise a free gift with purchase yesterday I tried to take Atvantage of the 21 piece sample gift with order and did not get the offer. I reached out to customer service via chat and emails and they finally said it was a supply issue. This is the second time this has happened to me they bait you with a free gift then tell you they ran out . Yet the offer stays on their site..
