Very professional. It was a clean store, which is hard to find in beauty product retailers. We all know it, I'm saying it.
I had a scheduled appointment and was called after the fact to be told it was canceled because two walk-ins showed up. That’s unacceptable. What’s the point of reserving an appointment if it can be overridden by walk-ins? This is terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time. If appointments don’t actually mean anything, don’t offer them. The situation felt unprofessional and poorly managed, and it definitely makes me question how customers are prioritized here.
My mother made an appointment to get a $50 blowout two hours prior to the appointment. They called and said they had too many walk-ins and now could not take her walk-ins. Do not have priority over an appointment and now we don’t know where to get our hair done.
