Recently placed an order to have it be curbside pick up. After submitting my order, i got a confirmation email stating my order was being shipped out. I called CR right away and the young lady who i spoke with wasn’t even helpful. She said she cannot change the address that it’s being delivered to. So i called them back an hour later. I submitted a return as directed by the Ulta website. After 30+ days my tracking number indicated the return had been received by Ulta’s return processing facility. At this point I checked with Ulta for the status of my return and was told it had not been received. The issue was escalated but I was again told my return wasn’t received so no refund would be issued. I supplied tracking info to no avail.
