Ulta has committed FRUAD! On Sep 15, 2023 I placed an online order and it was delivered to my neighborhood mailbox over the weekend. I did not receive the package, as stated placed in mailbox. I called ULTA customer service and they told me to wait a week and call again. I called 10 days later and gave me the run around that the package was delivered to the mailbox and theyd check with ***** I called 5 days later and asked to speak to a supervisor, since customer service was useless.
