I submitted a return as directed by the Ulta website. After 30+ days my tracking number indicated the return had been received by Ulta’s return processing facility. At this point I checked with Ulta for the status of my return and was told it had not been received. The issue was escalated but I was again told my return wasn’t received so no refund would be issued. I supplied tracking info to no avail.
