I come here when I’m in Whittier sometimes but unfortunately service here for any help is always not good… had many workers walk past me when I needed help and not the first time… I’ll be sticking to my La Habra and Cerritos Ulta there customer service is always so friendly and helpful. Come here if you DO NOT need help with anything or help color matching…

I come here for most beauty needs all the time and while the workers ARE very pleasant I came here on a Saturday for the first time rather than a weekday, and got the best service and attention in every section I walked into. It was a great experience and surprising to me since I rarely see this here. Then I returned yesterday Monday for another product, and employees were essentially back to dodging customers. No help or assistance at all as per usual. Shoutout to those who work Saturdays, you’re doing amazing !
