Absolutely love the people that work here. Super friendly, very knowledgeable about the best product for you. HOWEVER, whoever is in charge of the scheduling piece of the Salon needs to work on their communication and when certain levels of stylists are available. I wasn’t upset by the mishap, they were able to get me at another location and help me schedule that appointment for the same day. Not the best location as other reviewers are correct in saying this store lacks that customer oriented feel. I was able to get what I needed but the shelf was in disarray and items not lined up under the correct price etc...This is the only Ulta I've ever been that I find unfavorable.
Clean store and friendly staff.
Haylee was very helpful and very kind, best assistance i’ve had at a makeup store.
