I usually feel uncomfortable coming to this store because of one employee in particular. Each interaction I have had with her, she speaks condescendingly and I have noticed her speak this way to the other staff members as well. The store itself is clean and well taken care of, I just don’t like how it feels after interacting with this particular employee. I believe she might be a manager, but I am not sure. I have never gotten my hair done at ulta, and now because of Brenda, I will not stop. She is an incredible hairstylist and I highly recommend!
