managers here have made me uncomfortable SEVERAL times. the girls at check out and at the hair salon are always so sweet and lovely. the managers on the other hand are off putting.

I had such a great experience getting my brows done by Mica at Ulta! She was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure my brows looked perfect. My eyebrows were naturally a light brown and barely noticeable, but she tinted and shaped them perfectly to match my black hair. The transformation honestly made such a difference and framed my face well while still looking clean and natural. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!
