I recently had a very bad experience at Ulta with my hair color service. I asked for highlights, but instead of well-placed highlights, the stylist (Avery) applied color almost all over, and the placement was so poor that it looked very patchy. I went back for a correction, but that also made things worse. They applied a lot of black, which removed almost all the color, and now my hair looks flat and lifeless. I’ve gotten my hair done by Brenda a few times now and she always does the best job! She specializes in vivid colors also does regular highlights, cuts, and neutral colors on me and they have turned out great as well. Would highly recommend!
