Bita assisted me by reshaping my eyebrows. I highly recommend her for any eyebrows services. Will come back to her. I was also assisted by Shantelle who provided me excellent customer service. Both Bita and Shantelle were very professional and polite. Great customer service from both. Thank you.

So I had been curious about brow lamination for a while but I was always too scared to get them done bc I have a thicker brow shape.. buttt I finally decided to get them done. I went to Ulta to makr an appt but Kat had time to do it then and there.. I was nervous but she did a really nice job. She was professional and easy to talk to, and made sure I liked everything before she finished. My brows look fuller and clean but still very natural. I’m happy with how they turned out and would def recommend her.
