My review is not about the store itself—they are always friendly and welcoming. This review is specifically about the salon services. I went in last Sunday for accent highlights and a haircut, and unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. The highlights are uneven and only really visible on the left side of my head. Store manager Natalie super unfriendly unprofessional couldn’t fix my issue for a pick up order I already paid and had email confirmation either me . The issue ; first name is spelled different on id then on Ulta account. so I asked the manager if it’s me on the picture she clearly sees and confirms it’s me . last name matches. Everyone that works at this location is always rude and in a bad mood. Also unknowledgeable about their own stores policies.
Never fails. ..bye 👋🏿 money 💰 🤑 I can always find what I need. I have heard great reviews about Cécred, so I had to get it, and so far, I like it. 💙 The only negative is the rewards program. Please read them carefully!
