I had great customer service from hair stylist Marisa at the Fairfield store. I went in for a hair cut and color! I came out of their with a new look and was very satisfied. Thank you.

I was just there with my daughter and had such a bad experience. Luiza was the cashier who assisted me . She’s rude and lock of customer service . As I was in line waiting for turn I saw a body lotion and decided to go and grabbed it . I told my daughter to stand in line . So when it was my turn Luiza claim that I had cut in line . The customer behind said NO SHE WAS BEFOR ME… and Luiza rolled her eyes . She did no want to assist me . I wonder why . No Hello or have a good one . I was a long time customer of Ulta in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, since I moved back here, I have been disappointed in their brow department. Each time I have made an appointment, it has been followed with last minute calls and changes and cancelations. I will no longer be going to the Fairfield location for anything.
