The worst salon experience ever. • First visit: I drove 20 minutes to my appointment, only to be told the stylist had canceled — and no one even bothered to notify me. • Second visit: I showed up again, only to learn it was just a consultation. Customer service is terrible
My daughter enjoys coming here. This last visit they had Sol de janeiro 39 so I had to grab that for myself. Staff is always friendly and someone is always around to ask if you need help finding anything specific.
Went for cologne in a pinch. I knew what I exactly wanted before I walked in, the older lady who was working that day made me wait about 15-20 minutes until she finished with another customer who was asking a million questions and wanted to sample smell every perfume in store. Then she gave cashier the wrong cologne so i had to go back in and exchange. Bad experience!!! Bad service..
