Two stars only because the cashier was nice, barely waited in line. Now it’s low since there is one particular older lady who was working by the perfume section, she would not stop following us. Every isle I passed by, she was just magically there pretending to fix something. Made me feel uncomfortable and I just decided to leave instead of shopping around for more.

I went in today to buy some new perfumes, but I had noticed one of the employees seemingly getting berated by another employee who seemed to be some kind of higher up manager of some sort. I’ve noticed other people in the reviews mentioning the same thing, how some sort of manager here seems to have a pattern of using poor language not just to customers but to their own employees as well. I had a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty, Thanks to the Cosmetologist India. She was such an amazing help to figuring out what works best for my oily to normal skin makeup routine. I was very pleased with her guidance of showing which products to use and what steps. If you need help finding what products works for you, ask for India :)
