Went for cologne in a pinch. I knew what I exactly wanted before I walked in, the older lady who was working that day made me wait about 15-20 minutes until she finished with another customer who was asking a million questions and wanted to sample smell every perfume in store. Then she gave cashier the wrong cologne so i had to go back in and exchange. Bad experience!!! Bad service..
I love ulta. My pocket hurts but is worth it lol.
I was in the store today buying a gift for my wife. I witnessed the store manager berate one of the employees in front of a store full of customers. The young lady was so hurt & embarrassed. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism the woman expressed. Ulta HR should review this incident. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable 😕
