I booked a tinsel service for my niece. On the site it said 15 strands for 15 minutes. Upon my arrival, I advised Candy I had an appointment and she turned me away saying she didn't see anything. I showed Candy the confirmation and she then proceeded to act rudely and say she has to add me in. Sydney helped me find my correct foundation shade today in the Clinique area. I was running out of product and knew I was using a shade that seemed too dark. Sydney was so helpful, friendly, worked quickly and found an insanely perfect shade match on the first try! WOW. I was also impressed with the entire staff at managing the growing check out line. I saw more of them head to the registers to help the line move quicker. Very happy with my experience!
