I’ve been here before and never had any complaints until the other day, the management is unprofessional for the way the greet once you come in, they’re to involved In gossiping with eachother instead of helping me and my mother in law . Christin or whatever her name is needs to do better because she was not forced to work there for her and the other lady to treat guest like that. Thankfully one of the cashiers was nice enough to give me the managers name so I can make a report.
Everyone at this store is fantastic! Unlike a competitor beauty store it doesn’t matter if I show I’m in full glam with my designer clothes or sweatpants bare faced. The countless times I’ve visited this location every single employee has greeted me, all with smiles. Lynn wt the Clinique counter is an absolute gem!
