I purchased items that should have come with a free gift and the sales woman did not give it to me, when I called Ulta the woman on the phone was very rude, asked me to hold , I said yes and then she put me on hold and after three mins she hung the phone up. I called back and the same woman answered and acted like nothing happened. I asked her about getting the gift and she told me to just come in and they will give it to me. Great service, beautiful store. Emily at the brow bar does great brow waxing.
The store manager is awful. She was so rude to us when we came in... We could tell that the employees disliked her just as much as us. Instead of trying to do what's right for the customer she went on some tangent about all these exclusions to my coupon. I am an understanding person and if I was told nicely about the exclusivity I would have been fine. But NO! She was so rude and talked down not only to me.....
