I went to shop and use the remaining balance on a gift card (and I had the original receipt showing the balance). Neither check out girl knew how to help me. The manager came and told me I had to go back to the original activation email from months ago. But, my phone doesn't store emails more than a month or two. Because I love there touchland
Elly was incredibly helpful today. I had brought in a old nail polish that I wanted to match the color and she spent so much time looking at all the nail polishes with me. She was kind and friendly. Then she found it online for me using her phone. If I had a business, I would want Elly to work there. Her Customer Service skills were remarkable. I just know Elly will go far in life.
Friendly employees, clean store. I always have a good experience in this store and I’ve been shopping for almost a decade at this location. Recently did an exchange and it was super quick and easy- employee made sure that the item I needed was in-stock before continuing the exchange.
