This is one of the few places I can reliably find good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash without aloe in it. I’ve tried the regular department store, anything without aloe is typically pretty cheap, but not great and leaves stuff in the hair. Long story short, ulta is worth it. I started with small bottles and went back for the large bottles when I needed more! The woman working was very helpful in searching for aloe-free items b
Tried to return unused hair products that happened to be “outside” the return policy. Never offered in store credit (has to ask), said it wasn’t an option! I am a returning customer that will no longer be returning. The cashier rudely and sarcastically said, “Have a nice day” when she knows she did nothing to resolve an issue with a frequent customer.
