This store is not at all disability friendly! I understand that it was 8:30 when I came in. The line was so long it was raping around there Barrier for checkout. I have mobility issues there is no way I could stand in a line that long. There were no people to do returns. All that was said was get in line and they can help you. I physically can’t stand that long and said so. “Sorry we’re short staffed” yet every restaurant had some at it. So upset. I went in only needing a curtain bang trim, Ive never had any issues with getting this done at Ulta. I went last week and the hair stylist completely butchered my hair😭☹️ She gave me blunt/ choppy NO blending or framing into my other hair. It looks ridiculous honestly. When i saw her doing it in the chair I saw her cut them completely horizontal but thought she has to know what shes doing so Ill just let her do her thing.
