I always go to this location to buy everything I need but recently I visited and things seemed off. Firstly I walk in, no greeting and no one at the registers. I go to IT cosmetics where I get my makeup and my shade is missing. The store seemed dirty empty and in disarray. So I interrupt the brunette tattooed I’m assuming manager that I haven’t seen at this location before while she’s talking to other employees at the salon to ask her if she has my shade in stock. Ordered curbside pickup, followed instructions perfectly. I could see 4 or 5 employees in the front of the store. None of them delivered my order. Ended up having to find a parking spot and go inside. No customers at front, just 5 employees standing there. Told the girl I had been waiting for curbside and no acknowledgement about that.
Had a great experience with a young lady named Brooklyn here! She helped me choose makeup products -- she is very kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. She was patient and made sure to listen to my every want/need when it came to what I was looking for. Very highly recommend!! TU, Ulta staff!
THEY ARE AMAZING. I've never been treated so well in a beauty store. Miss Trisia helped me with everything. She's absolutely wonderful. And another lovely lady gave me some hair tips! I forgot your name im so sorry! But I will definitely be back. Love the vibes!
