I find coming to this place uncomfortable every time I walk in. As a gay man who loves makeup, I loved going to Ulta back home in Michigan. This location and others in Cincinnati needs serious work on customer service. Every time I go into the Eastgate location, no one ever asks if I need help. I always have to go looking for someone, and when I do, they pass me to someone else. Today, a woman I believe was the manager told me not to open a brow brush.
