This location is unorganized, poorly stocked, and poorly staffed. I brought my daughter in to choose her first makeup and the store felt deserted. After wandering around for a very long time trying to locate certain items or anyone who can help, a couple of staff finally showed up out of nowhere, but it was clear they were checking on a group of shoppers who were touching a lot of items. I recently went in there to see Hazel when I was visiting..was going to move there thank God not. She seemed in a rush. She slopped on my hair dye..I wanted just on roots but she put too much on area not just on roots like I asked. Little bit of an attitude. Not genuine. Didn't feel comfortable around her vibe. The whole vibe in there is clicky. Like they are something...it's just Eureka!
