Went into ulta with my girls and was going to try to get my beard trimmed the lady working back there told me she couldnt do it, no one in line no one setting in chairs never will come back
Today i got eyebrow waxing and Lacie did an excellent job. She took the time to make my eyebrows look better than ever! i’ll definitely go back!!

The staff at this particular location are unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful. I have shopped at Ulta for years at the N Skyview Avenue, Kansas City, MO location and staff there are always friendly and willing to help every customer. Based on my one experience at the St. Joseph, MO location, I will not be back to Ulta. Staff was condescending and unprofessional.
