Lovely store. Well kept and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended.
If you can put it on your body, face, nails, or hair, Ulta has it! From the brands that you can pick up just anywhere to the stuff that is difficult to find, Ulta has it. The sales associates are helpful without making you feel awkward. No one gives "that look" when you ask questions. Unlike another upscale cosmetic store in our city.
Customer services is amazing always someone in the store to help you great products u get what u pay for though in my opinion
Love Ulta. Occasionally low in stock on some items...but love it REPLY TO OWNER...As a licensed cosmetology instructor of course I ask if I can't locate things, no one ever has been able to tell me when it will be in, yet ship to store doesn't work for me as I live 1hr 10min away. I've either made a special trip or had to come to Lima for a Dr appt ( which is only 2x a year) Not to mention I've got disabilities that make it even more difficult to come and browse.
