I went to Fay to freshen up my roots . She did a great job, I love the outcome. She worked with me on what I wanted, the right tone, and really helped me be more informed on healing my damaged ends.
I wish I knew the name of the girl who rang me through because when I left there, I left skipping out the door! She was super patient, very friendly, and helped me with my online coupon and I had no idea I was eligible for a free gift so that was a nice surprise!!
