Ulta allowed all of my reward points to be stolen almost 2 months ago and keeps sending me in circles about getting them restored. I have called my local store, the store they were stolen at, and the customer service number (which is a complete joke). I am over being sent in circles. Also, just an FYI your points can be redeemed without ID if it is under 1,000 points. Mine were stolen in 6 separate transactions in the same day at a store across the country.

i come to this store alot for my brows and perfume. yes the perfume smell is strong but that is because of the customer. i got use to it so i don't mind but people who can't stand it...just dont enter any beauty store if you can't handle perfume. I was able to bring my dog as well but she was in a stroller and she was quiet and people watching. the people here are nice and sweet. be clear what you want, it may not be the same but at least it is close enough.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but i was blown away with the service from the salon! Sydney is the BEST. Hands down. 10/10. 100 stars. I decided after like 12 years i wanted my hair cut professionally. the mom chop had been calling my name. screaming. i gave in a booked an appointment. i was super hesitant & nervous it wouldn’t be what i wanted but yall, SYDNEY DELIVERED.
