I’ve been shopping at Ulta for years, but this was the first time I’ve ever felt so uncomfortable. I was with my family, and we spent $400, yet the staff followed me down every aisle, constantly checking what I had in my hands. I couldn’t enjoy shopping or relax with my family at all. Rude customer service!! i went in looking for a concealer and the tester products have their own blender at the end. well there was no sign that they couldn’t be used and a worker came up to me like “NO NO NO you shouldn’t be using those” like okay?? why is she irritated when i didn’t know it was wrong. after u apologized she then proceeded to say “thats why we have blenders” pointing to the ones in bins at the makeup stations. why would i know this??? if the tester has a blender why would it need to be saved….if they can’t ... read more

Came into Ulta looking for a shampoo and was helped by the store associate Liz who helped me choose a great brand! She also checked me out at the register and let me know about the promotions and coupons the store was having. She was super friendly and very nice and had such an approachable personality! Definitely need more associates like her! Will be returning again to this location!

The salon service at this location was absolutely terrible! I went in for a blowout and left with big puffy, frizzy hair. I’m not one to complain about cosmetic services because I understand it’s a luxury item, but I also believe in getting what you paid for. First off, the lady who helped me (Callie) was so rude and condescending off the bat.
