Great customer service! Products in stock!
Must have a new manager or something. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never felt so uncomfortable. I was in the store a total of maybe 15 minutes and every 90 seconds or so someone would ask if I needed assistance. Either they needed to meet sales quota or I suddenly looked like a thief today… Regardless it was annoying and a bit degrading. I quit going to Sephora for this type of behavior, so it is sad to see at Ulta.
Walked in and the staff greeted me warmly. Gave me all the products I needed and I walked out feeling beautiful. I live in Sacramento and will drive here just for the experience. Thank you so much!
