Negative stars not even 1 but goggle doesn't have that option. Im not a person to usually leave reviews, but Im so upset at the service I had at the eyebrow experts. I made an appointment for an eyebrow wax, tint. It was 3:20 got there 3:06. There was a women and her daughter at the eyebrow station and I see a worker come by and tell her ok " I can take you in the next person isn't here yet she's running late 🙄. Love this place , my go to location for a refresh in make up
I needed like 3 things from Ulta. I ended up walking away with everything I needed and a little more. It was a treat yo’self day and why not at Ulta? Love the customer service here at the Lodi location! Jaislee was so nice getting me THE LAST Hourglass brow pencil in dark brunette. I also walked away with fragrance based on Jaislee’s recommendation and a bunch of samples as well. All the staff was a girls’ girl! Definitely would shop here again.
