The manager is horrible. Not only was she horribly rude to the employee helping me but she looked awful. She looked unshowered and her makeup was terrible. She continually rolled her eyes at the employees and when she was asked to help locate something she said no. I love Ulta but I'm disappointed with the management.
I am absolutely THRILLED that Ulta has opened a store in Lake Worth! I shop here all the time and love getting my hair done at the Ulta Salon! Every time I am in the store all the employees are so super sweet and helpful and they make me feel like a valued guest! Never had a bad experience here and I will be a forever customer with Ulta in Lake Worth!!!!
possibly the worst salon I've even encountered! they treat their employees like trash! I couldn't believe the way they spoke to the stylist and retail workers. I would advise everyone to not spend a dime at any Ulta, this company needs to be shut down!!
