Typical Ulta Beauty. Store is a mess. Fair selection. Interesting and rushed interaction with cashier, Samantha. I’m sure she’s lovely but it was off putting. I wanted to smell a fragrance prior to checking out, to which her associate had to locate the tester (one wasn’t on the floor), but she kept saying “well let’s finish this transaction first.” No, Samantha.
