Operations manager, who came to apparently addressed the situation, did nothing but be rude, and not properly assist my situation. As someone who is management, they’re supposed to de-escalate the situation and I felt like my concerns were not heard. I prefer The service of the online representatives, maybe you guys need to train the people in stores
The operation manager was nasty and rude.didn’t get her name cause I was so focus on the attitude!!! She put her four fingers in my face… didn’t help my situation at all the customer service is way better online. Won’t. Be back. AGAINNNNN if I could click 0 stars I would. The front ladies were very nice and understanding operation manager was not !
I recently went to this location looking for a new setting powder. Upon entering the store no one greeted me which isn’t a huge deal but as I was walking around the store I was not once approached by an employee to see if I needed any help. I picked out a couple different options and got in line. There was one register open and at least 5-6 different employees standing behind the counter, 1 working the register, 1 I believe helping train the register employee and then 4 just talking.
