I booked for a blowout on Oct 5th. And formal makeup up. The lady who did my hair asked if I wanted a trim . She butchered my hair, messed up my layers, and chopped off my hair. On my left side by my ear, my hair is to almost a side burn. My makeup up looked like it aged me 20 years and I didn't notice till I got to my car with my makeup. I wanted to cry .
