Rude per usual,racial profiling as always,snatching things no surprise
Horrible service, trying to ask an employee about an item. She straight up yelled and said HOLD ON! WOW! Definitely not going here again. Leave your problems at home and don’t bring that attitude to work.. We ended just leaving and not buying anything. Here at Macys now shopping here.
Tiffany from brows is an amazing employee. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding foundation color matching and other makeup. Made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
I like going here even though I come out with something different than what I went in for. The staff is very nice. Usually very clean. What I don't like is low stock at times a lot of things like perfume are locked up. You have to wait and ask for a box. Among other things. The line is in an aisle! So confusing and awkward. You can't shop on that aisle or if you're waiting you're apologizing for being in the way. Being neurodivergent I am uncomfortable waiting that long in an aisle to pay. You can order and pick up.
