I’m from out of town and was just trying to get a nice blowdry for NYE but my experience at this Ulta location was REALLY bad. My hair was not properly separated in sections…it literally was blowdried from the top of my head, was still wet when she decided to flat iron it even after I said it was still wet… the lady was very nice, we had a nice conversation and really don’t want her to lose her job over this…but someone who works at the an Ulta Hair Salon should know the basics. From 0 to 10 reaaal quick. Let me just say, it’s 2 days before Christmas. I (last minute) decided to try to find somewhere that had availability for a blowout & they did, yay! I could tell the stylist that was working on my hair seemed a little unsure of what I requested from the second she picked up the hair dryer. I’ve gotten this service done many times before so I know how it usually works but I was trying to trust her process.
