Maddie is a rockstar! I was sent in with a laundry list of obscure items to get with only 15% battery. She checked in on me and I told her the situation and she knocked the list out of the park and provided valuable recommendations based on popularity. I am so thankful that Maddie made my visit stress free and efficient. I made it out with 11% to spare!
I think they need to remember that there are more than one Ulta in the area. I’ll be going to one of them other than this one from now on. Not only was I not greeted whenever I came in, Not one person spoke to me. Not one person smiled at me. Not one person asked me if I wanted any help. Go see Kashanda at the Benefit Brow bar. Immediately. Your brows (and the rest of your face) will thank you! I’ve been seeing Kash since 2024 and she never misses. She has incredible skill and attention to detail, but she is also warm and funny and always professional! I love sitting in her chair.
Kash has outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in the store she greeted me making me feel welcomed! As a tourist,I explained to her I left my makeup bag at home and was in desperate need of a foundation. She matched me perfectly to what I needed The Poreffesional foundation and now I am a fan of this product and look forward to seeing Kash everytime I enter the store.Keep up the Great work!!!
