Visited the store to buy 7 bottles of perfume always over $600 as I do every Christmas. I don’t go on weekends as it’s always busy. Stopped in today before 11 am and there was only 4 or 5 customers and two at the register. Stood in the perfume section for 5 minutes and I’m noticeable a 6’8” guy and there are no clerks on the floor I looked around the store and nobody to help. Nice location
I’m from out of town and was just trying to get a nice blowdry for NYE but my experience at this Ulta location was REALLY bad. My hair was not properly separated in sections…it literally was blowdried from the top of my head, was still wet when she decided to flat iron it even after I said it was still wet… the lady was very nice, we had a nice conversation and really don’t want her to lose her job over this…but someone who works at the an Ulta Hair Salon should know the basics.
