Super bummed about my experience at Ulta Salon today. I had a cut and color appointment booked 3 weeks in advance, and after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I was told the stylist I was originally booked with had given my appointment to another stylist who doesn’t do haircuts. No one called or reached out to let me know ahead of time. If I had been told beforehand, I would have happily rescheduled. Every time I visit this Ulta Im never greeted and instead get snarky looks from the employees every time I walk in there, but then employees will go and greet every other person that walks through the door. Yet, they never fail to follow me around and make me uncomfortable. Aswell, super awkward towards me anytime i check out. It is incredibly rude and the atmosphere is so negative that it makes me not wan't to visit again. 1 star

I just got some blush and scrub and had this beautiful kind woman at checkout. I am not sure how to spell her name so I’m sorry but I believe it was Tarnya. She was incredibly sweet and so patient and genuinely made my day.
Maddie is a rockstar! I was sent in with a laundry list of obscure items to get with only 15% battery. She checked in on me and I told her the situation and she knocked the list out of the park and provided valuable recommendations based on popularity. I am so thankful that Maddie made my visit stress free and efficient. I made it out with 11% to spare!
