Hey I'm here to post an update review a year later. Last time, 1 star. But this time service was a complete 180, so 5 stars!! Everyone was really helpful and sweet, I was trying to find an applicator and accidentally asked some employees from the hair salon, but they went out of their way to look for it. When they couldn't, they got what felt like the entire team to help find it, which I felt a bit bad for since it became essentially a scavenger hunt . So disappointed in this place. I was never acknowledged the entire time I was there. Completely ignored until I left and told "thank you." It wasn't busy, they had just opened but the employees were just walking around, one was talking on a phone. And it wasn't taken care of very well. I can't say it was really dirty, but it was pretty gross with samples not cared for. This picture is just one example of what I saw. Doesn't make me want to shop at Ulta!
The customer service here is never ever bad but today I when in and this woman named Candice helped me. She was absolutely so kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she made me feel so welcome. She made my day.
Holly did amazing with my hair!
Went in today for a couple of things and got helped right away! Super friendly girls in there and always a great and friendly experience 😊
