I went here as a walk-in and my stylist Olivia was truly amazing, she did my hair exactly as I wanted and gave great conversation the whole time, and even provided a paper mask during the haircut so my cloth one wouldn't get damaged during my cut and color. My stylist truly made me feel beautiful by the end of our time together and I loved the energy she brought, she made the experience truly worth the small trip there and I will absolutely see her again. Do not recommend... I scheduled a haircut appointment here for my daughter today at 12. I waited 15 minutes for the girl who was supposed to be there to cut my hair. Nearly 30 minutes later, the manager came over to talk to me and told me that the lady that was supposed to cut my daughter's hair was in a meeting and wasn't supposed to have anything booked in her slot until 12:30. Ulta is the Worst If the perfume you want to try is missing the sprayer or it won't spray you are S.O.L. they won't open anything for you. Was told people steal the tops and so they don't replace. The salon is a joke. Each time I went in, the stylist made fun of all the customers while I was getting my hair done. They have a lousy attitude. great make-up They have evey cosmetic need weather its hair, makeup, or body. They sell a variety of perfume and cologn at prices less than department stores. and make up that is worth buying, its not that crapy stuff that you end up throwing away.

Really Bad, Find Another Place I am very dissatisfied with this store. I was an ulta customer for over 4 years. Now they won't get any of my business or my family's or friend's. The workers there have nasty attitude. As if you are begging from them not buying with your own money. Also beware of what they put on your bill for tip or prices for items. They charged me twice for an item. I had over 20 items so I didn't pay attention. When I went home, I noticed the issue. Called their manager, she said, it was my mistake not to ... read more

Heaven on earth! This is the greatest place in the world to try new fragrances before you buy. No perfume lady spraying or bothering you...it's great. You can either test on the cards or yourself. It's also the only place to find IMAN cosmetics (an African American line).

Hair salon The last time I had my hair cut, styled, highlighted, lowlighted will be my last time at Ultra at the new Arlington Highlands. After paying $220.00 which shocked me since I never paid that much before, I am very dissatisfied. I was charged 50.00 for the cut and style because she is a "master" stylist. I returned in less than 2 days to have another stylist re-cut and style because I could not do a thing with the first cut. One side was longer than the other.
