horrible manager Alondra was so rude and hostile. smh she made our experience at ulta a nightmare, the other girls were the sweetest tho.
They got the all DIFFRENT kind of foundation n the best
i ordered online for pickup at 7 am, came at 10 am to pick them up (3 item order) and when i arrived they said it was going to be another 45 mins. if that was the case i could have went in and picked the products myself. the lady was no help. i even said i would personally pick out my items and take them to the checkout but it “still needed to be packed up” which would take 30 mins. customer service is a joke here, every time i leave this place i leave unhappy lmao.
