*This review is for the Salon: I had such a wonderful experience with Ruby! From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient as she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. She offered kind, thoughtful feedback without ever making me feel rushed, which made the whole process feel collaborative and comfortable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Ulta a few days ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing. No one greeted me when I walked in, and after asking for help multiple times, I still received little to no assistance. I was shopping with my baby, who became a little fussy, and I noticed a few employees talking and laughing behind my back. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I just had to write a review for the Make Up Artist Ruby at the Joe battle Boulevard location. I made an appointment to get my mother’s makeup done for a family reunion in town.
