Went into this store for a purchase of Anastasia Brown Definer and my birthday gift today. And they said no gift because we are out and we don't have truck coming till Thursday and then another employee said we will be closing and I think she said for 2 or 3 week. She said you can go to another ultra store for your gift. But I live close to this one and I come all the time to this Ulta. The other store are further away. Nyree at store 302 seems to have an attitude problem when it comes to people with certain skin tones. I stood in line and observed her gleefully engaging in conversations with everyone in the line ahead of me and even other patrons not in line while she was at the register. However, when my turn came to check out, she was stoned cold face and said just enough to navigate the transaction, while never greeting me. I had to ask her for my account redemption. This place is always under stocked and gives the most atrocious customer service. Usually very short, rude, and gives poor customer service; overall feels fake. I love the George Dieter location that's where it's at won't ever be stepping in this location ever again.
Helped me with an exchange very quick and easily after the Ulta location at the fountains refused to help me. I recommend this location over the fountains location. The difference in customer service between the two is unbelievable! Thank you I will continue shopping here instead.
