They got the all DIFFRENT kind of foundation n the best
i ordered online for pickup at 7 am, came at 10 am to pick them up (3 item order) and when i arrived they said it was going to be another 45 mins. if that was the case i could have went in and picked the products myself. the lady was no help. i even said i would personally pick out my items and take them to the checkout but it “still needed to be packed up” which would take 30 mins. customer service is a joke here, every time i leave this place i leave unhappy lmao.

I absolutely love how helpful the staff is here! They make me feel welcomed and are quick to respond here. They work well as a team and I love that they will always jump in to help each other and make my shopping experience fun! Their manager Alondra is sweet and knowledgable, Jacob and Vivian are experts and willing to give you information and crystal is a caring addition there. I enjoy walking in and spending time in this store because of all of them! I always get invited back too. Thank you all
Thanks to Dulce, we didn’t leave this store empty-handed! Before her, I had a prior associate help me with skin color matching, but her service was so bad that I decided to do it myself. But then Dulce came along, and her customer service and professionalism completely changed the whole shopping experience in this location. She helped me pick the perfect product for my face and the natural look I was going for. Thanks a million Dulce!
