I submitted an order for curveside pick up at 1 pm. By 5 pm still no email about it been ready, at the other location where I typically go they always have it by the 2 hours they say when you order. I decided to go and check on it as I was in the area. The boxes they had where they place online orders were empty and the lady said to me,sorry, if you haven't received the email is not ready. I often buy products from Ulta and usually have a good experience. However, this morning I wasn’t happy with the service. The cashier was not very friendly when I needed some help. I hope customer service can be improved in the future.
I have ordered from Ulta on Joe Battle many times and I am very disappointed at this location. Their curbside either is not available or they take very long to bring out my order..They are also very rude here. I will not be going back
