This location is decent, down side is I have had to call multiple times ahead to see if have they have the bag/boxes to do happy return for Amazon and it never fails they don't, so be expected to drive across town to do returns every time smh. *had to come back and be more detailed in my review

I haven’t came to this location in a while, I been going to the george dieter one, but the atmosphere is not welcoming at all, the empolyees stocking were talking about how they hate when customers ask them for help while stocking, whatever thats fine to talk that way in the back but don’t say things infront of customers… the girl at the register didn’t even say nothing but “enter your phone #…” I feel like all the customer service has gone out the door and the girls give off mean vibes, like you don’t even want to ask for h... read more

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at this specific location. They don’t have the best customer service compared to other locations and seem often annoyed.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed a pickup order because the app said it would be ready in 2 hours, so I stopped by on my way home to pick it up. When I arrived at the store, I was told it wouldn’t actually be ready until tomorrow. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order because I don’t have time to pick it up tomorrow. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering for pickup and wasted my time. On top of that, the staff was not helpful or understanding about the situation.
