I am from KC, booked an appointment online for a hair service. Arrived on time. 20 min after my appointment, I could tell the 2 stylists had a problem with my appointment. She came to me and said I get off work in 10 min, you will need to reschedule because you booked the wrong service and everyone else is booked. I visited Ulta for their sales/deals for skincare, makeup, and haircare today. I had a lovely experience with the cashier as she notified me of the Ulta brand have a free gift if I were to spend $22. I was very grateful to be notified that as some employees have a very rude attitude. I congratulated her on her pregnancy and for clarifying the sales/deals. Very nice and professional cashier, love her makeup as well!.

Extremely disappointed on the Ultra Salon in the back. My niece was scheduled for makeup and hair updo today for her Prom Night. We got 2 confirmation text and one was yesterday, a day before her appointment. Today we find out that they are extremely unorganized and tell us that she never had an appointment there!
