I have never experienced customer service like this before. After making my purchase, I realized I had an Ulta Rewards coupon that was about to expire. I went back to the register and politely asked if it could be applied. The cashier said my items were excluded. I explained that I had read the coupon and didn’t believe they were, and simply asked if she would try applying it because she had mentioned she wasn’t sure which coupon contained the exclusions.
