Got a hair cut and highlights from Brittani N. She did magic, amazing job on both my appointments. Loved my time there, they took care of everything and that too with patience. Got bunch of compliments on my hair!!
I had a returned item. And the cashier acted as if I was a criminal over refunding me 3 dollars. She made me have to look for My bank card and having me to wait 5 days for my bank to post 3 lousy dollars instead of giving me cash for such small amount!!!
I am a sucker for customer service and I appreciate the Ulta staff for being so sweet and leaving me be to find my makeup of choice. #introvertlife
